1. Returns Only

At Infinyt3d, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for eligible products within a specified time frame. Please note that we do not offer refunds; instead, we provide the option for returns and exchanges as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

The return request must be initiated within 10  days from the date of delivery.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs if applicable.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

5. Inspection and Approval

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2. If the product qualifies for a return, we will proceed with the exchange or store credit.

6. Exchange or Store Credit

Infinyt3d offers two options for eligible returns:

Exchange: You can choose to exchange the returned product for a different item of equal or lesser value. If the new item has a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.


7. Return Exceptions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:
Customized or personalized products unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
